HantverkNära is operated by the site’s own team. HantverkNära is the name of the website, not a company registered under that name. Questions about personal data go to hej@hantverkaresverige.com.
Why visits are counted
We look at how the catalogue is used, so search, pages and texts can get clearer. The count is not used for ads, it is not combined with other websites, and the data is not passed on.
What is stored
Visits and clicks are counted by the site itself. The browser is not given a statistics cookie. What is stored is which pages were opened, which address you came from, device and browser type, clicks on buttons and links, your full IP address, and the city that can be read from it.
How long
Raw visit data is kept for at most 25 months. Email to us is kept as long as needed to answer and follow up.

You can turn visit counting off in this browser. The catalogue still works afterwards.
Counting is off in this browser. Reload the page if you want to see that no new visits are sent.
When you email us
An email can contain a name, email address, phone number and what you write. We use it to reply. There is no account on the site and no form that saves a job.
Businesses in the catalogue
The company pages are public. The catalogue does not publish reviews. When you call or email a business, that conversation is between you and them. We do not sell information about how you use the site.

The website is provided and distributed via Cloudflare.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing hej@hantverkaresverige.com. A complaint can be made to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY): imy.se.
